CABBAGE SALAD BASIC SALAD: Sliced red and white cabbage 2 T Sesame seeds (roasted preferred) 3 T Almond slices (or any other nuts) 1 pk broken, uncooked saimen/ramen noodles Saute' the sesame seeds, nuts and noodles in butter until just beginning to turn brown. DRESSING: (Good on ANY salad) 1/2 Cup Salad/vegetable oil 1/4 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup White wine vinegar (or whatever type you have) 2 T Soy sauce Black pepper to taste Toss all just before serving.
