CHILI FISH WITH RICE STICK NOODLES

Sauce:

2t soya sauce
2t oyster sauce
1t sugar
1t sambal oelek
1/2 chicken stock cube
fresh chilies
chili oil
water to mix

Cube fish fillets and fry in oil.  Fry sliced onion and garlic.  Add sauce and fish.
Add cooked rice noodles and mix together.
