PAVLOVA 4 egg whites 1 1/2 C castor sugar 1t vanilla essence 1t vinegar 1t cornflour pinch of salt Beat egg whites stiffly with pinch of salt. Gradually add sugar, then vanilla, vinegar and cornflour. Spoon mixture into greased dish. Pre-heat oven to 325 deg, cook at 190 deg for one hour. Leave in oven until cool. Refrigerate.
