PASSIONFRUIT DELECTA

1C sugar
2 eggs
1T butter
2T SR flour (heaped)
1C milk
1T lemon juice
6 passionfruit

Beat together sugar and butter then add flour.  Beat egg yolks and add passionfruit pulp.
Combine both mixtures, beating well. Slowly add milk.  Lastly add stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into buttered pie dish.
Stand in pan of hot water and bake mod oven for 30-45 mins.
