APRICOT LOAF 1 1/2 Cup Self-rising flour 1/2 Cup Sultanas/raisins 1 1/4 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Dried Apricots (or dates, in which case the name is DATE LOAF) Cut apricots/dates into small pieces. Mix with sultanas, sugar, bran and milk. Allow mixture to stand for two hours or overnight. Sift the flour and add gradually to mixture.
