When uncompressed to a directory of your choice you get:

There is an Excel spread of the offsets.

It also contains a subdirectory, 'cm93' which contains the offset data. It must be placed in the OpenCPN configuration file. In Windows XP the file is at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\opencpn In Windows7 it is at C:\ProgramData\opencpn\
